Monday, May 12, 2025 (2:00 PM - 3:00 PM) (EDT)
Description
The SIG-USE Social Hour aims to generate discussion about current and emerging trends in information behaviour research. The event will begin with a brief overview of the findings from Tim Gorichanaz (12 May) and Isto Huvila (19 May)'s recently published review of the IB research in 2016–2022 in the Annual Review of Information Science and Technology, and then move into an open discussion of the implications of these trends for the future of research in how people look for and interact with information.
